- Accessible tour requests require at least 72 hours’ advance notice and must be arranged through the contact options on our official website.
- This is a popular attraction and can be crowded. Consider a later afternoon visit.
- The tour may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather. We recommend booking on your first available day to allow time to reschedule. If not possible, a refund will be provided.
- You can stay on the glacier for 20 minutes and spend as much time as you like at the Columbia Icefield Skywalk.
- You must make your own way to the Columbia Icefield Discovery Center.
- If your requested time is sold out, a later departure may be available. Tours depart every 15–30 minutes.
- Washrooms are available at the Columbia Icefield Discovery Center, but not during the glacier tour.
- Audio devices are subject to availability and unavailable in rain.
- Bring warm layers, gloves, and a waterproof jacket, as glacier weather changes quickly.
