Good to Know
- Children under 6 years are complimentary however they will still require a ticket to board, and must be accompanied by a paid adult on the tram ride. Please pick up their complimentary tickets at the base ticket booth.
- Perfect time to visit is in the morning or evening, which provides the best light for photography and there are typically fewer visitors during these hours.
- Operates in all weather conditions. Carry water, sunscreen and dress in layers to stay warm. The upper station can be 12° C cooler than Jasper townsite
- Reserve your flight times, up and down, after you complete your booking by following the contact instructions on your ticket. Guests with unreserved flight times will be allocated space in the next available tram cabin upon arrival at the stations.
